Photography Notice: AHAA plans to take photographs to be re-purposed in educational, news or promotional materials, to include print, electronic or social media platforms. By registering for our 2017 Annual Conference, you certify that you have read, understand and grant AHAA the right to use your name and/or photograph for such purposes.

 

 

 

*Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing before May 10, 2017. A refund of all fees, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by May 24, 2017. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after May 24, 2017. Submit all requests to us via email at registrations@ahaa.org. AHAA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to registrations@ahaa.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation email. Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited.
