AHAA Launches New Job Center to Connect Employers with Cultural Marketing Specialists


Fairfax, Va (October 16, 2017) -- AHAA: The Voice of Hispanic Marketing, the only national trade organization representing Hispanic marketing experts, has been the top resource for finding the right agencies and industry partners with trusted and credible Hispanic expertise through its Hispanic Market Guide. Now, AHAA has launched its first ever Job Center to connect employers find the right cultural marketing specialists with the right expertise, the right experience at the right level.

“When it comes to new mainstream and multicultural marketing, having the right cultural marketing specialists who understand the actionable consumer insights that drive ROI is critical,” said AHAA Chair Linda Lane Gonzalez. “More than ever, diverse Hispanic segments — from the bilingual/bicultural to the acculturated —require specialized strategies integrated into the entire marketing funnel to gain their awareness, engagement, and affinity. The AHAA Job Center will now help employers find these cultural specialists who are in high demand and yet difficult to find.”

The AHAA Job Center will allow employers to post job openings to find the right cultural marketing specialist across all disciplines, including advertising, public relations, promotions, brand marketing, and digital. Candidates with cultural expertise will be able to browse job listings of agencies and companies looking to hire cultural specialists and then search and apply for these open positions.
