Hispanic marketing comes into sharp focus during AHAA’s 2009 Media & Account Management Conference Las Vegas, the entertainment capital of the world. “Hispanic HD - The Definition of US” will examine the myriad changes facing Hispanic agencies in 2009 and beyond, including shifts in approaches to communications planning, demographics and client needs.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN AT NOON ON TUESDAY, MARCH 31ST AND CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY, APRIL 2ND. THE REGISTRATION BOOTH WILL BE LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE PALACE TOWER OUTSIDE OF THE ROMAN & FLORENTINE BALLROOMS.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

For information or assistance, call AHAA headquarters at (703) 610-9014. Registration forms will not be processed without payment (check or credit card). In order to receive the early bird discount, payment must accompany the registration form. If you are going to register by mail please be sure to include the registration form with your payment.

Full registration includes admission to all conference sessions, continental breakfasts, luncheons, and social events. Please contact AHAA with all badge changes and/or substitutions in writing no later than March 10. Any changes needed after that date should be made on-site at the AHAA registration desk at The Caesars Palace.

Once you arrive at the hotel, please proceed to the AHAA Registration area to receive your badge and conference materials. The AHAA Registration Desk will open on Tuesday, March 31 at 12 p.m. Note: Only registered individuals with badges may attend conference events.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All Cancellations must be received in writing. A cancellation fee of 25% will apply to all registrations made before March 10, 2009. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after March 10, 2009.

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION LIST

Registrations received prior to March 10 will have their names included in the Conference Registration List distributed to all conference attendees.

WEATHER AND ATTIRE

April is typically the second driest month on the year in this desert city. Vegas weather in April includes average daily high temperatures that are over 80, making it a truly great time to be in Las Vegas. Business casual attire is generally the norm for sessions, receptions and parties.

Remember, meeting room temperatures may be cool and personal comfort zones vary widely. It is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket to the conference sessions.
