INFORMATION
Registration
Complete the enclosed registration form and return
it with your payment to: AHAA, Attn: Conference Registrar, P.O.
Box 85080, Richmond, VA 23285-4429. If you are paying with a
credit card you can fax your registration to (703)-610-9005
or you can register
online here. For
information or assistance, call AHAA headquarters at (703)-610-9014
or by e-mail at info@ahaa.org.
Registration will not be processed without payment (check or
credit card).
In order to receive the early bird discount, payment
must accompany the registration form.
Please be sure to include the registration form with
your payment.
Full registration includes admission to all conference sessions,
continental breakfasts, luncheons, and social events.
Please contact AHAA with all badge changes and/or substitutions
in writing no later than August 29, 2003.
Any changes needed after that date should be made on-site
at the registration desk the Millennium Biltmore Hotel.
Once you arrive at the hotel, please proceed to the AHAA Registration
area to receive your badge and conference materials.
The AHAA Registration Desk will open on Thursday, September
11 at Noon. Note:
Only registered individuals with badges may attend conference
events.
Cancellation
Policy
All Cancellations
must be received in writing.
A cancellation fee of 25% will apply to all registrations
made before September 5, 2003.
No refunds will be made on registrations
after September
5, 2003.
Media
Registration
For credentialed journalists covering the conference please
click here to
request your media credentials.
Once you arrive at the hotel, please proceed to the AHAA Registration
area to present your credentials and receive your pass and
other materials. The AHAA Registration Desk will
open on Thursday, September 11 at
Noon.
Attendee
Registration List
Registrations received prior to August 30, 2003 will have
their names included in the Conference Registration List distributed
to all conference attendees.
Weather
and Attire
The average high temperature in Los Angeles in the month
of September is 82°F and lows in the 60's. Business casual attire
is generally the norm for sessions, receptions and parties except
for the Saturday evening Hispanic Creative Awards Dinner which
is business attire.
Remember, meeting room temperatures may be cool and personal
comfort zones vary widely.
It is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket
to the conference sessions.

Transportation
The
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) provides taxi, shuttle
and limousine service to the hotel. The Millennium Biltmore
hotel is located approximately 20 minutes away from the airport.
