Registration

Complete the enclosed registration form and return it with your payment to: AHAA, Attn: Conference Registrar, P.O. Box 85080, Richmond, VA 23285-4429. If you are paying with a credit card you can fax your registration to (703)-610-9005 or you can register online by visiting our website at www.ahaa.org. Registration forms will not be processed without payment (check or credit card). In order to receive the early bird discount, payment must accompany the registration form. Please be sure to include the registration form with your payment.

Full registration includes admission to all conference sessions, continental breakfasts, luncheons, and social events. Please contact AHAA with all badge changes and/or substitutions in writing no later than April 9. Any changes needed after that date should be made on-site at the registration desk at the Biltmore Hotel.

Once you arrive at the hotel, please proceed to the AHAA Registration area to receive your badge and conference materials. The AHAA Registration Desk will open on Wednesday, April 21 at Noon. Note: Only registered individuals with badges may attend conference events.

Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations must be received in writing. A cancellation fee of 25% will apply to all registrations made before April 2, 2004. No refunds will be made on registration after April 2.

Media Registration

For credentialed journalists covering the conference please click here to request your media credentials . Once you arrive at the hotel, please proceed to the AHAA Registration area to present your credentials and receive your pass and other materials. The AHAA Registration Desk will open on Wednesday, April 21 at Noon.  

Attendee Registration List

Registrations received prior to April 9 will have their names included in the Conference Registration List distributed to all conference attendees.

Weather and Attire

The average temperature in April is in the mid 70's with plenty of sunshine and a delightful subtropical climate. Business casual attire is generally the norm for sessions, receptions and parties.

Remember, meeting room temperatures may be cool and personal comfort zones vary widely. It is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket to the conference sessions.

After March 19 reservations will be accepted on a space and rate-available basis only. All changes and/or cancellations are to be made directly with the hotel. Ground Transportation

The Miami International Airport provides taxi, shuttle and limousine service to the hotel. The Biltmore Hotel is about 6 miles (15 minutes) from the airport. If driving from the airport t ake Le Jeune Road (NW 42nd Avenue) south until you reach Anastasia Avenue, which is at a traffic light. Make a sharp right hand turn onto Anastasia Avenue. Continue on Anastasia Avenue; after two stop signs The Biltmore Hotel will be on your left hand side.
